Graham Mosley was born in the state of Michigan, but was raised in Selma, Alabama. He attended Auburn University and received a B. S. degree in Legal Studies from its Montgomery campus in 2010. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2014, where he graduated with honors.

While in law school at Ole Miss, he served as a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. He also served as Chair of the Orientation Committee for incoming law students.

Graham is married to Claire Wilkinson Mosley, a special education teacher for the Selma City Schools. They have one daughter. Graham is a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Parish in Selma.
